Order Confirm
Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.
Order Processing
Since most of our products are customized products, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. If you choose customization, communicate with us according to the quantity and style, we will inform you of the delivery time.
Shipping

Due to longer customs clearance times experienced, e.g. due to more stringent security checks, Please note that delivery may take longer than expected.
Orders cannot be delivered to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), Guam, Jersey, Guernsey, Virgin Islands (UK), Isle of Man, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Reunion, Martinique, Malawi, Papua New Guinea,Grenada, Zambia, Nigeria. For US territories, please provide an alternative address. For customers in Puerto Rico, please state Puerto Rico in the country section instead of state or province.
Note:If you need to modify the order, the customer service will send you a confirmation message, and we will process the order after receiving your confirmation, so please reply as soon as possible.
Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with details about the items in the package as well as a tracking number and a link to the shipping company website. To track your package, simply click onto the link provided.
Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, you will also be notified by e-mail.
If you do not receive your package, please contact us within 6 months of your order date. Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note overdue requests may not be accepted.

Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying.

HOW TO REACH US
Contact us by email newmedia@jfhtec.com and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
OUR SOLUTIONS:
Protection Forever’s Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Protection Forever is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.
Customer’s Responsibility:
1.Incorrect order(size of the item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case:
(1)For an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send us back. we will cover shipping fees for sending a replacement product.
(2) For the refund, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send us back.
NOTE: After we make return agreement, please send a return label within 5 working days. We will not accept returns for more than 5 business days.
2.Unwanted item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 3 days of receiving the product for a partial, and we will assessment try to find the suitable solution to you. once we both agree with the refund, in this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send us back and we will deduct a flat Processing Fee of USD 5.00 each product when we refund money to every client.
ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT WARRANTY
We do not accept unpaid express delivery.
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; please email us first.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
NOTE: We do not accept returns used item, also not accept over 60% OFF item. unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
COMPENSATION TIME-FRAME
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
