Q1: Can I have samples before mass production?
A: Yes, we have sample stock in the warehouse. You can order samples first.  Please note that our sample price is not the same as the bulk price.

Q2: Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, we accept OEM to purchase quantity in A certain year.  Now our minimum order is 10,000 pieces per year.

Q3: Can I add my own logo or choose my own color?
Yes, you can.  However, the moQ for changing logo and color is 1000 pieces per order or specific discussion.

Q4. What are your terms of payment?
A: 30% deposit by T/T, plus 70% before delivery.  Before you pay the balance, we’ll show you pictures of the products and packaging.

Q5.What’s your delivery time?
A: For sample orders, it takes 1 week to prepare and the delivery time depends on the distance from our warehouse in Europe or the USA to your office.
